Prague Videos

Stop through Dayton, Ohio - home of the Wright Brothers. One of the oldest planes left flying, it was really cool. Didnt have time to watch it go fly though :(

Landing in Greenland. Notice the floating icebergs. The runway was really rough since the temperatures can get so extreme up there, so its not the landing ;)

The ferry door in Greenland has stickers from all around the world.

Bremen, Germany street shops. Rainy morning.

The Cathedral in Prague.

City Center downtown Prague.

Just funny. Have another video from after dinner, literally saw this guy hold his hands up for nearly an hour and a half. Sure he does it every day too!

Prague Trip

As many of you have heard, I just got back from ferrying a plane to Prague in Czech Republic. It was a fun trip, had a few days delay from weather in Canada, but everything else was smooth. Since I was in between Hurricane Bill and Tropical Storm Danny, most of the days were cloudy and hazy, so not many pictures. Heres a few though. Hoping to post some videos next. Landing in Bremen. Airport on left, city on right. We stayed right downtown and got to go to the street shops in the morning.
Prague from the trail on our way into town.
A little out of order, but here is the cathedral and another castle. Already too dark, but turned out enough to see I guess.
The shops in Prague literally from my seat as we were eating dinner outside.
A castle in town as the sun was going down. Notice the watchtowers in the pillars, the history is just cool.
Super old Atomic Clock in Prague. Tells time (obviously), date, month, sunrise/sunset, planting season, tons of stuff. Every hour parts and people move, hope the video works.
One of my favorite pictures from the trip, actually ran to the river to make the sunset, wish I would have been here 5 minutes earlier :(
One of the bridges across the river that divides town. They are hundreds of years old, very cool!
Sunset reflecting off of one of the buildings in City Center Prague.

Boy or Girl

Tomorrow is the big day to find out whether or not we are having a boy or girl. We have had to postpone the ultrasound for a few weeks because Jesse was out of town but we are so excited for tomorrow. Let us know what you think it's going to be and we'll post what it is as soon as we can. Have fun guessing!!!

Jesse Made It!!!

For those of you who don't know. Jesse got to ferry an airplane to Prague this last week. I have a hard time with these trips because he is flying a small airplane and he has to go from Canada to Greenland, to Iceland, to Scotland. He just cant fly across the ocean. I know he is a great pilot but its in my blood to be a worrier. But I just got the email this morning that he had made it to Prague. He was able to do it in 8 days too. That's a record for him. :) Last trip he took like this took three weeks, though last time it was the dead of winter and he was heading north. But he will be home tomorrow night. I can't wait to see all his videos and pictures. I will make sure he posts about his trip.

My Little Project

Last week we went a spent a week with Jesse parents, and Barb gave me this set of fleeces pre-cut to make a blanket. It was really easy the pieces were cut out and all you had to do was tie it together and the end result is a fleece rag quilt. These are my kind of projects, but it was just something to do while Jesse and Richard played video games this week. :)

Busy Busy Busy

We have been lacking on the blog lately and I am sorry! To update you Jesse spent most of the month in July in Philly working with a guy and made it home right before I left to Girls Camp. I went to Girls Camp for a few days and I had a blast, I love those girls and I enjoyed spending a few days with them. I didn’t have my camera of course so, sorry no pictures! But I must say that was a very spiritual experience for me just within in the few days I was there. I was only at camp till Thursday and then I jetted off the mountain to shower and clean up and head to the airport, where we picked up my brother from his Mission. And again no pictures I am really bad at this picture taking idea :) ! But Casey is doing great and I had a lot of fun spending time with him and hearing all about his mission. He just reported on his mission on Sunday so all the family was out and it was great to see them and spend time with them. Right now Jesse is planning a trip to deliver a plane to Prague! So he is going to jet off across the world for a week or so with his brother Richard. It should be an interesting adventure for them and I will keep you posted on their progress!
As for me I am just getting ready to start school again two more semesters to go and I’ll be done! And as for the baby it’s doing great just baking away. We can find out the sex next week but since Jesse is going to be gone I am going to wait till he gets back to find out. Don’t worry I’ll post it once we know. But I have a good friend that lives of so far away from me.. (Heather) who keeps bugging me for picture of my belly so these are for her :) haha I love you Heather. So enjoy the two pictures I have on the post of just my baby belly!!!

The Baby

Here are a few pictures of the Ultra Sound we got a few weeks ago. When we started the ultra sound the baby was rolling around and wouldn't stop moving. Then it decided it was tired and slept the rest of the time making it hard to get all the pictures we needed. And then I had a little scare before 4th of July and we went back in to make sure everything was ok, and it was and again the baby was rolling around and moving a lot. I have decided I am going to be have a spastic child. haha Child like Mother!!!
That's it's hand. Its way to soon to tell what the sex is. But that was the first image we saw and Jesse got excited thinking it was a boy, but instead it continued to move all the way to its head. It liked keeping it hands up around its head! It was way cute on the screen cause it keep waving to us!

Summer Catch-Up!!

We have had a busy summer hence the reason we haven’t blogged in a while. First of the house we were living in sold so we had to move out. So we packed up and moved on to our next house. In that process we all so celebrated our 2nd Anniversary! We had a great time we spent one night in St. George going through the St. George temple and then headed up to the top of the Mountain to go camping. We had a blast and really enjoyed the temple and our camp site. It was beautiful weather and just sat around and relaxed after the fun move and went on hikes. After that I threw one of my good friends Desi a bridal shower. That was a lot of and a great success. We finally just spent the 4th of July in Newport with Jesse’s family. We spent a lot of time golfing and playing games. We all had a good time and it was great to see all the family and spend time together.
Hiking up near St. George!
Part of the hike we had to cross this little walk way with a rope, it was harder than it looks! :) Desi's Bridal Shower- with all her new goodies!!!
Our new place!
Luke deciding he needed to help Jesse put together the desk. Newport Beach! I love this shot, with the ocean behind him!

Oh yeah and this is what Jesse got on Mothers Day! It say "I can't wait to fly with you some day Daddy!!" Yep I'm Pregnant and I am due on Jesse Birthday- January 10!!!!
