Big Boy Bed

In preparation for our new little boy I wanted to move Grant out of the crib. My mom found a really nice bed at a garage sale that matches my crib and gave it to us. So about three weeks ago we went and got him a mattress and some new sheets and tried out his new bed. So far it’s been great. Nap time can be a struggle sometime but bed time is getting better. It’s really nice in the morning to just have him able to come into our room when he wakes up instead of one of us having to get up and get him. But I was able to take a few pictures of him and I love how cute he is when he sleeps.

We are so excited to finally be in a home of our OWN!!! All the hard work and saving finally paid off. We love company so everyone is welcome to stop by.

Moving 101

Well we have offically bought our 1st home!! I wish I could say the move was easy as one, two, three. But we had a few hiccups. :) so I have come to these three helpful hints in moving. 1. Do not move in the summer 2. Do not be pregnant 3. And know how to change two flat tires in 110 degree weather and clean up a flood in your laundry room at 9:00 at night :) ( all in one day) And then have your husband be called out to work for a week :) needless to say it's been a fun process... But after all that we some how things are coming along pretty well. I will post pictures of our new home soon along with all the fun we had in moving. But as for now the house is full of boxes and I can only do so much in a day. But I will say Jesse is home and us working so hard to get everything done. I wish I could help him more but my belly seems to get in the way :)

Easter

This year for Easter we spent it at my Aunts house here in Las Vegas and also made a trip to Visalia to play with Grandma and Grandpa Owen and cousins.

It was a fun Easter and Grant loved all the candy. It was also nice to get away for the weekend and hang out with family we hadn't seen in awhile.

Im Sorry I haven't posted in awhile.. in a LONG while.. We have been busy with our crazy lives. I will try to sum up the last 4 months in a few pictures and few thoughts :)
