Nieces Come To Town!!

Last Sunday Jesse’s sister came through town on their way back to California so we decided it would be a great chance to take the two older girls for a few days and play. It worked out really great because on Wednesday we were all meeting back in Palm Springs for New Years. The girls were so excited and so was Sarah. Jesse had to work on Sunday and Monday but made up for the time lost on Tuesday. We spent many hours playing games and taking bubble baths. (Note: don’t let little girls that get UTI’s easily sit in the bath tub for two hours, Sorry Amanda!) They also made a new friend Abby and got to play at her house with her barbies and dress up. (Something Aunt Sarah is lacking at her house.) We also went to the movies and the Lied Children’s Museum which was a blast for all of us. Just when you think you haven’t had enough fun, Uncle Jesse took them on their first flight (they would remember) to Palm Springs. It was a great few days we stayed up way to late, learned a few good lessons (don’t slam doors!) and ate lots of candy. I look forward to having them coming again. I always loved to go to my aunts every year and spend time with her and my cousins I am hoping this is something we can do at least once a year!
