Cousin Roberts Wedding

This last weekend we made a quick trip up to Reno for my Cousin Roberts Wedding! We drove up Thursday and drove back Saturday. It was so nice to get away for a few days. Reno was beautiful. The weather was great and Hot August night was in town so Jesse was a happy boy. We stayed with some family while we were up there and it was nice to sit and visit with them because we don't see them very often. But Grant did great on the drive and we found out he loves the Muppets. We were watching it on the way up and he would laugh so hard everytime the Muppets came on the screen.

1st Baseball game

A few weeks ago some good friends of ours invited us to a 51's game. It was Grants 1st baseball game and he had lots of fun! He loved playing with daddy and our waterbottles. :) The only thing that was hard is it was REALLY hot.. Poor little Grants face was turning bright red from the heat. So dad pulled out his scarf and got it wet and after that we were good to go.

Quick Trip to Visalia

Jesse had to make a quick over night trip to Visalia last week, so Grant and I tagged along to hang out with the family. We just spent the day swimming and playing dress up.. The joys of being the only Boy in the family!!!

This picture will haunt him for the rest of his life!!

4th of July / Family Reunion

For 4th of July this year we were low key and stayed home this year. I had just returned from the Jones family reunion and Jesse was stuck working, so we weren't able to go anywhere, but its ok it was still a good Holiday.

But 1st Grant and I loaded up on the Wed. before 4th of July and headed to Big Rock Candy Mountain in Utah to have some fun with my Dad's side of family. It was nice to get out of the hot weather and see family I hadn't seen in a long time. We had fun playing games, doing crafts, white water rafting, and LOTS of fourwheeling. They had some AWESOME trails up there.

4th of July

This year we hung out with friends, had a few BBQ's, and set off fireworks. It was alot fun. We even got in a few rounds of Killer Mau while waiting for it to get dark. :)

Memorial Weekend

For Memorial weekened we flew down to Visalia to be with Jesse's family. It was great to get out of Vegas for a few days and spend time with the family. The weather was great and we were able to spend alot of time out side playing games and taking pictures. We were also able to go to the lake on Monday for a few hours which was alot of fun. Grant also got to go on his first plane ride with dad. He did great with it, he slept for most of it but when he was awake he enjoyed helping dad fly the plane. :)
